How can I apply a security deposit to rent without moving out the customer?

We no longer charge a security deposit; however, there are some long time customers that have a security deposit on their account.  Is there a way to remove the money from the security deposit and apply it to the rent without doing a move out?

I am sure there is a way but here we just apply the amount to the rent and then put a note in the notes or in the red note section that the deposit was applied to their account with the date

If you contact support their is a "hot key" to use in setup or something.  Has been awhile but you can do it.
