How to Batch tenants

When going to this new site I have a couple tenants that had 2 units that now are separated I need to know how to batch them so I can do one payment instead of 2 separate Help please

ESS Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭Company>Utilities>Ctrl+Shift+T (at the same time) >Select Tenant on left>Select their other unit on right>Transfer1

be careful @DStacey if the units have different due dates some times it will put both payments on the one that is due and not on the one that isn't due for a few days. I have one lady who's due date is only a few days apart so she waits to pay until the other unit becomes due to make it easier for herself1
