I know there is a way to set up on auto pay when a tenants card is ran that if w have their email it will pop up do you want to email receipt. Is there a way to do this when a customer just calls and pays? It isn't too big of a deal but I always have to exit out and go back to the tenants account to send and email. I would like people to get in the habit of sending those emails

Setup>Program Defaults>Payments>choose either "Prompt before emailing" or "Always email receipt. Make sure in the Move-In tab, you've selected a document delivery method.
