need help adding merchendice

I sold locks to a customer already in a unit for some reason I cant add merchandise while into her account I have always done this by the ledger and it will not let me not sure what I'm doing wrong please any help thanks Diane

MamaDuke7 Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭When you are on the customer payment page, on the bottom right it says Add Merchandise. Add and save it, then process the payment as usual.0

Then you can add the merchandise.0
