Blast Emails - Easier Way to Send?

We're sending emails to all 700+ customers about our new reopening guidelines.  We use gmail and it gets hung up if you try to send more than 75 at a time.  Right now we individually check the first 75 and then send.  Next it's the next 75 and so on.  Is there a way to send a range like 1 to 75 and not have to individually check each one?

Only for the first group and the last group.  You can select the number of rows from the top or the bottom in the wizard, but not a specified range otherwise.
