elease documentation not functioning
Is anyone else having issues with the documentation portion of online rentals? Even better if you use the TSSA lease. Starting yesterday my website took all customer info, charged their card and then gave internal error 500. The customer receives no email with the elease or additional documentation. We do not receive any customer information or show a booking in our software. I have had to move in customers start to finish over the phone. Sitelink is working on this but so far have been unsuccessful. They claimed it was a keyword in our TSSA lease, which has been there since day one, per another sitelink rep, with no issues until yesterday. Can anyone please offer any advice?
