Is there any manager or relief manager that knows whether or not the aforementioned report can be edited to display only 3, 7, 13, 23, 27 days late customers?    Adam

You can export the report to excel and then sort or filter by whatever parameters work for you.

Which button is used for Excel export?

    1. I CAN NOT FIND that symbol for exporting on that particular report. It is probably right in front of me. Do you know where it is at on the" Call Past Dues " report. Ambie?

@akangas If you are in the Call Past Dues, you can sort them by Days Late first then click Print (on the right side of screen). At the top of the print report, it says Export. It will export the whole list, but sorting it first will help you to delete the unneeded ones in Excel. Anytime you want to Export something without that symbol (which is only in the Reports tab) you will click on Print and it will be an option.

After one exports it to Excel, how do you retrieve it to edit it?

When you save it, it will ask where to save it to. I always choose Desktop so it's easy to find and file it afterwards, if necessary. Otherwise, you would look in Excel.

I found it in files, just unsure how to edit it down to the 3,7,13,23,27 day late ones.    Thanks everyone for the help. Adam

Did you sort them before exporting them? If so, just highlight from the bottom of your page in Excel up to your stopping point, 27 days, and delete.

Once you've selected print in collection calls you will have the option to export:

Once you've exported as an excel sheet you can filter the past due column. Select the column and then select filter at the top:

Select the drop down on the column that has past dues and filter by however many days:

    Hope this helps!
