Is there any manager or relief manager that knows whether or not the aforementioned report can be edited to display only 3, 7, 13, 23, 27 days late customers? Adam

- I CAN NOT FIND that symbol for exporting on that particular report. It is probably right in front of me. Do you know where it is at on the" Call Past Dues " report. Ambie?

At the top of the print report, it says Export. It will export the whole list, but sorting it first will help you to delete the unneeded ones in Excel. Anytime you want to Export something without that symbol (which is only in the Reports tab) you will click on Print and it will be an option.3

87ambie Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭Once you've selected print in collection calls you will have the option to export:
Once you've exported as an excel sheet you can filter the past due column. Select the column and then select filter at the top:
Select the drop down on the column that has past dues and filter by however many days:
Hope this helps!1 -
