Online Reservations Duplicating

I have had this happen a few times the last few months.  Has anyone else experienced this.  It happened again this morning. I emailed support.  Also while testing my online rentals I did one myself as a test.  I noticed my card was charged twice.  While doing lock audits realized the online rental completed for two units.
