Highlighting Text/Areas in Lease Agreement

Is there a way to highlight text/areas in a lease agreement so that when the lease is printed the signature block or initial block, for example, are highlighted for the customer?  Also would like to highlight different text areas to bring attention to them.  Thanks.

I copy the text over to Word, highlight it, then copy and paste it back into Sitelink.  Works great.
