Moving a form from location 1 to location 2

Couldn't find it in searching so I'm asking.  We have two locations.  Location 1 is older than location 2 and location 1 has full set of forms.  Is there a quick way to move a form from L1 to L2?  Thanks.

You can easily manage forms for both locations in Corporate Control Center.

I know there is a way, because my boss duplicates the forms for 2 of our locations...I'm just not sure of how she does it. @MamaDuke7 is probably your go-to for this one.
