Online payments -multiple units Phone/Mobile
It is really difficult to help tenants with online payments/move-in/reservations when we don't actually see the process. I have a few company accounts that I use for testing but not always easy to recreate each scenario. I am trying to help a tenant with multiple units trying to pay online on her phone. Looked simple enough on desktop edition. But sure enough I tried it on my phone and you have to pay for each unit separately. Using desktop is an option on the mobile app but makes it even smaller and harder to use.
