Online payments -multiple units Phone/Mobile

It is really difficult to help tenants with online payments/move-in/reservations when we don't actually see the process. I have a few company accounts that I use for testing but not always easy to recreate each scenario. I am trying to help a tenant with multiple units trying to pay online on her phone. Looked simple enough on desktop edition. But sure enough I tried it on my phone and you have to pay for each unit separately. Using desktop is an option on the mobile app but makes it even smaller and harder to use.

I have to pay multiple accounts separately when paying prior or on the date due.
After the due date I can run the entire amount in one transaction. Never understood why?

Pay as a tenant? Mobile or desktop? On both there is an option to click for Future payment. Says pay current plus next month. At least when selecting Card payment
