Online Reservation for space that was already reserved

How does this happen.  Now I have two reservations for one space.  Just looked at my website and it is still listed on there to reserve.

    Make sure in CCC under Website and Web Template Setup - Web Template eCommerce Gateway - Rules the box is checked that says "Display only unit types currently available on the reservations page."

    This also happened to me. Same area as MamaDuke7 says, but check off bottom box that says show availability as Yes....if currently not reserved and not rented.
