Web discount on just one size unit

I have set a web special rate but it will not show up on the web page. I am trying to set a 15.00 off a climate control for one of our properties. I believe I have checked everything but it will not show up! Does anyone have written steps I could follow to see where I have gone wrong?

no, I can not find where I am going wrong! I guess I am going to have to call tech support again.

On the discount set up did you uncheck "everywhere" and just check "website" only?

Depending on who you have your website with, there may be a setting in the website management (admin) options to use regular rates or to use special rates.

I do have just website only checked. I am checking with our web techs now to see if there is a setting on their side.... thanks!
