Average tenant stay & Cash and credit card report

Hello

Does anyone know how to find average stay period/length for Business/commercial client and residential client? 
Also, is there a way to find out how many customers pays cash and how many in card?

For the occupancy info, check out the Marketing Summary Report.  It has lots of data on the top portion breaking everything down.

For the cash and card info, the Receipt Details Report, but it would be tedious because it's all listed by day.
