Units but wants to use different CC

Can someone help me with this issue; one tenant three units wants to use online Automatic payment but wants to use one CC for two of the units and one CC for other unit; units have same access code and same email address....how do you do this ....?

Each unit has its own ledger settings where you set up automatic payments.  Just go to each one and put the card they want to use.  They will each run on the day and card specified.
