Right now I use Teamviewer from home to access my PC at work to see who is coming and going through the gate, and to access tenant info. If I get myHub will it give me the same access that Teamviewer does?

You don't need to "get" MyHub.  It is simply a link to access Sitelink.  There are some features on your Sitelink web version that are not available on MyHub version.  I would suggest logging onto MyHub and looking at it.
