To Mask or Not To Mask ?

I know there are many variables to this question, which I won't list.  In Florida our facilities have a mask requirement when you enter the office.  We provide if the customer doesn't have one.  Most customers have their own mask.  In our area (central Florida) wearing a mask is not mandatory with few exceptions.  Even where required (most grocery stores, Wal Mart, restaurants) the requirement is not enforced.  In talking with one Wal Mart employee they were told by management not to enforce the requirement.  I guess money talks.  What's everyone else doing as far as mask enforcement?

The governor here, Texas, has a mandatory mask order in place and an individual can be fined for not wearing one. On my door I have a sign that states "Per Governor Gregg Abbott's orders, mask required before entering". With that said, if someone walks in without one, I don't say anything to them and it's business as usual.

They are required everywhere here in California.  We keep our door locked and have a remote control for it (how cool is that?)  They won't be let in without a mask and we have a big sign on the door.

Since they are required in the state, everyone has one.  And while I have my own opinions about them, I have a newborn preemie grandson in my home and will do everything I can to keep him safe.  So, therefore, no exceptions!

We are under state mandatory mask orders. We simply have the office locked and see no one in person. All our business is done over phone and email. If I have to interact with someone outside the office, both of us will be wearing a mask, or I will simply not work with them.

We keep our door locked, when someone knocks we peek out at them.  If them don't have a mask on, we tap the glass and point to our mask.  If they refuse to put on one we wont open the door.  I have underlying health issues and am not putting myself at risk even though I am infringing on someone's "constitutional rights".
