How to separate two units?

Hello
I have a tenant who has 2 units together. Now his brother wants to take over 1 unit under his name. Without moving the unit out and go through the refund hassle, is there a way i can separate both the units in sitelink? How do I do it? Thanks in advance.

Then go to Company - Utilities - Shift/Ctrl/T - Move Ledger to Another Tenant. In the left column select the unit/current tenant, on the right select the new tenant. Then click Transfer.1 -
I just used this! Thank you so much!1
