SO TODAY WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING STORAGE TREASURES ONLINE. VERY EASY NO HASSLE. MY ? IS HOW DO YOU THEN APPLY TO THE ACCOUNT.  OR I CANT CLOSEOUT THE ACC TIL THE PERSON COMES IN. DO YOU SETUP A AUCTION UNIT UNDER MERCHANDISE AND CHARGE IT THERE.

Leave the account open until you get the auction payment from the buyer.  At that time, you apply that to the account.  Then usually you write off the balance as bad debt.  You don't want it under merchandise.  It all applies to the account balance.
