Gate Lockouts

My lockouts are supposed to be on the 11th of the month.  I noticed they just processed in the wee hours of this morning (1st).  Checked my setup. Looked back at report for 11th and they didn't occur then.  Any suggestions?

Which gate program do you use?

ESS

Check your Past Due Events. 
Setup>Past Due Schedule>Gate Lockout
See if you have any prerequisites that are keeping it from going thru and make sure you "days past due" is correct.
