How can a document show as completed when they haven't finished the required fields?

    Is it possible the fields are "optional" instead of "required?"

    I will check. That is possible. It is for the Tenant Responsibility Addendum for MiniCo.  I have really struggled creating a form that the customers can complete.  It was Initial to Purchase or Initial to Decline. They would either initial both or none.  So I created one form for those who are purchasing coverage and another for those that are declining.  I might switch to a different company that works well with SL.  Have to fax or email the forms to them. Then takes forever to get the policy number.
