Removing an appointment.

How do your remove an appointment from the Lead to Lease screen?  BTW the appointment was a no show!

In lead to lease, double click the appointment in question. It should take you to the schedule screen. on the right is a check box labeled Cancel. You can also click the edit button there to leave more detailed information about the cancelation. Hit save and exit.

That should cancel it.

Just delete the date for the appointment if you want to keep the lead.  If you want to cancel the whole thing so it's gone from your list altogether, then do as @themage says above.
