Emailing from Tasks/Letters- Past Due Tasks

Options
I email payment reminders on the 3rd, avoid late fee on 10th etc from Tasks/Letters.  It used to work fine.  Now it will only process several at a time and takes forever.  How do I fix this?

    Hi, @JulieAton. We're sorry to hear about this inconvenience. By chance, did your email provider or service plan change? Oftentimes, we see such a slowness come from rules email providers put into place. Storable never puts such limitations on our users and we don't restrict how many emails can be sent at one time. We'd recommend first checking with your provider to determine if such throttling is causing your processing delays.     Hi Julie. Did you get this resolved? Mine only lets me send 25 per 24 hours. Sitelink and Godaddy are pointing fingers at each other and I'm in a circle of confusion.

    My email processor (GMAIL) chokes at around 50.

    We have Outlook and they allow us to send at least 500 at one time. 9 times out of 10 it's going to be restrictions from your email provider due to spam issues etc.

    It has to do with the allowed number of "SMTP relays" your ISP allows. We use GoDaddy for email hosting as an example, and it limits us to 200 per day.

    We could use a 3rd party email service but the only time its a hassle is when we want to do a mass email (holiday hours etc.)

    Not a Sitelink issue.

    No- and it used to work just fine.  I haven't had time to keep a tally- but sometimes it will send 10, then 3, then 6. No idea!  What should take a minute or two on my part- takes 20-30 minutes.  This is for Payment Reminders and collection emails.  My email is yahoo based.

    I know yahoo has a "per smtp connection" limit, meaning how many can be sent at one time, as well as a daily limit. I believe the limits will depend on if it is a free account, paid personal account, or business account. 

    Also, if you are attaching the notices, this will slow things down and yahoo's spam filters might be causing a hiccup. Just a guess, though.
