Partial refund of security deposit - tenant still in unit

I've been reading in the forums trying to find a way to do this without moving the tenant out and back in.

When he transferred from another unit, the office staff charged him the security deposit again.  And they moved him out wrong and charged him rent on one unit which I manually transferred to the new unit.

He has a total of $605 now in his deposit and it should be $360.00.

Is there a way for me to release the difference where it is tracked in Sitelink?  I know I could just put it in the notes but thats dangerous and could be missed later and have him get an extra $245 at move out.
