Sending Letters "Mail Service Preview Error"

I am receiving the error message "Mail Service Preview Error" when attempting to mail a letter.  We use simple certified and verified the credentials - any ideas before I call sitelink support and wait on hold for 45 minutes? Thanks!

Hello, @Self_Storage_97. The error could be related to the margins set on your forms. In Setup, go to Form Setup, choose to Edit the Form, select File, and then, Margins. The margins should be set to at least 0.6.  However, this only works if the form is RTF. For HTML, you will need to set the margins in the HTML Source code. Hope this helps you out. Happy Holidays!
