How do your measure success at your location?

I know there are a lot of measures of success.  I'm looking at it from a financial prospective.  In the Management Summary there is a "bunch'" of statistics.  Which ones are on your daily/monthly radar?  Other measures of success are also welcomed.  Thanks.

I look at percent occupied, rental income, number of move-ins and move-outs, percent collections every day.   I also look at merch sold and percent on autopay fairly often.   There are a lot of stats I never look at.

Other than the obvious percentage of units occupied, I take a look at how long people have been renting.  I may be losing minimal profits from move-in administrative fees; however, I am saving money on not having to run to the bank to deposit checks, purchasing checks, printing checks, mailing checks, etc.  Not to mention my TIME.  We do not have regular office hours.  I get paid the same whether I rent 20 units a month or zero.
