    Payments>select the tenant>Letters>select your autopay form>click on E-Mail on right side of screen>Process

    So sorry, I just read the E-sign part. We don't use that so I'm unsure. If you're needing the paper trail and not so much the signature, you could just have them reply with their card information if they cannot fill it out.

    You can edit the form and add the eSignature field.  Then email and they eSign and it comes back to you.
