A parking space price has been reduced from $69.00 to $38.04 by "someone". Looked in Notes, Ledger, and Rate Changes but can't find the "someone". Any suggestions?

It is supposed to show up in the unit notes when a rate change is done. If it's a new rental, it'd have to be the person that moved them in. It should also show up in the Rent Change History along with the employee that made the change, initials.1

After a few questions/answers from our group found it was the result of a partial credit from another of the tenant's units that wasn't properly explained in tenant's notes. Thanks.2
