Form Set up in Sitelink

Hello everyone,
I was hoping there's a way to do this and someone can clue me in. I am re-doing some forms in sitelink. I would like to be able to add the amount of days past due a tenant is to a few different forms. I have tried a few keywords but can't figure it out for the life of me or if its even possible. EX: Your account is currently (this many days past due). I know I can manually type it in before sending it, but would love if there's a group of keywords I can use that will automatically include the number of days their account is past due. I understand how the formula is but apparently am not using the correct sitelink language or if even doable. Appreciate any help or suggestions...

Thank you MamDuke7, I've been doing something similar, was hoping I could draft something up in forms to automatically input that info, but I guess I will continue to manually do it. Thank you again..0

My facility has a letter we send out by email only on day 9, that says "last minute courtesy call to let you know you are 9 days late etc etc"
We created it ourselves and set it to prompt on day 9. It is in the letters and tasks set as a courtesy reminder.
there's a bit of workaround with it as it is not an attachment, so I have to manually choose to set it as the body of the email with the letters dropdown (in pre-defined letters), uncheck the print box and process.0 -
