Sitelink Closed on Saturday ??

Called the usual number for Sitelink Tech Support, pressed 2 for Tech Support, was passed to Sparefoot whose recording said we're closed and please leave your message.  Interesting, but al least I didn't have to listen to their awful "waiting" music.

They are only open for emergencies on the weekend.  And for that, you have to contact by email first at afterhoursemergency@sitelink.com.

Hi, @rmason. @MamaDuke7 is correct; we do close on weekends (and are available for urgent matters via afterhoursemergency@sitelink.com). However, the recording you received was in error and we're looking into this now. Our teams in Texas were greatly impacted by last week's winter storm, but everyone's up and running again. Do you still need some help?
