Avery label problem

Has anyone else experienced this problem with printing labels in SiteLink.  When we print labels the first row at the top of the labels page is perfect then with each subsequent row the address moves higher up the label and is not usable.  This results in us being only able to use the first row of labels and the last row (by flipping the form over).  Any solution for this?

And just to confirm you are using the Avery 5160 labels (or generic of the same size)?

We have not had any issue like that and we use the Avery 5160 labels.

Just an added note, SiteLink support insisted the problem was a printer setting but when I went to the Avery website and used their template every label on the 30 label template printed perfectly without changing a single setting on my printer.

Make sure "Fit to page" and / or "Print scaling" are turned off in the printer settings for your default printer. If you are given the opportunity when printing labels, recheck the printer settings to make sure they are off.
