Required documentation for golf cart storage

Here in central FL there seem to be more golf carts than cars, especially in The Villages.  We store them both inside units and in outside parking spaces.  For vehicle storage we require registration, driver's license, and proof of insurance.  Golf carts do not have to insured in FL, but most are.  They don't need registration unless they are street legal (can exceed 20 mph).  And you don't need a driver's license to drive one.  However golf carts do have VIN numbers.  

Question - What type of documentation would you or do you require to store a golf cart?
