Tenant has two units.
Unit A anniversary date is 7/1.
Unit B anniversary date is 7/14.
Tenant wants the anniversary date of both of them to be the 5th
of the month.
Question 1: I would move 7/1 to 7/5 and 7/14 to 8/5. Correct?
Question 2: If tenant wants both units to be in the same month, i.e., July can you move the 14th back to the 5th? If not how do I do it?

2. You can't because they already paid for July 1-14, so you can't back that up.6 -
