squeaky roll up door on unit

What should I do when the roll up door on a unit is super squeaky/screeching when rolled up/down?  What do i put on it and where do put it?

Chances are the black gasket has come off or worn down and it's metal-to-metal. They're sold in a roll and installed on both sides. If it is the gasket, that's about all you can do to fix it. You can do a temp fix of spraying WD-40 down the sides, but the squeaking will come back.

I spray furniture polish up the side.
