Rate increase notice

The rate increase notice in my sitelink does not auto populate the new rate increase amount.  It states the old rate will be increasing to_____  Is there a way to have that automatically entered before emailing the notice?

    <Tenant.ScheduledMonthlyTotalChargesWithTax>

    I use this keyword because it includes the insurance charge and anything else that is included in the monthly payments.

    Hi, @cashgloria. It's likely that the form does not have the correct keywords entered in it. In Setup, select Form Setup and then edit the rental rate increase letter. Click Insert, then keyword to look for "tenant.scheduledmonthlyrate" and add it to the letter.

    Below is an example of additional options as well: Monthly Rent: $<TENANT.SCHEDULEDMONTHLYRATE>
    Monthly Sales Tax (if applicable) $<TENANT.SCHEDULEDMONTHLYTAX>
    Monthly Protection: $<TENANT.INSURPREMIUM> + tax

    If this doesn't do the trick, the issue may stem from trying to send notices before setting a scheduled rate for the tenant in the software. To remedy this,
    you'd need to use either the Pending Rate Changes screen to confirm and schedule the next set of rate changes or manually set them from the Edit Rent screen.  Once there is a date and rate scheduled for the tenant, the keywords above in the notice will form-fill when generated.

    We're always available to walk you through things too!

    This happens to us it will show 0 after making changes. But when it gets sent to the tenant it is auto populated we send most of ours thru email and when you check the email it does fill it in for you .
