Card Processing Error Messages

I have services through SBOA and the processor is Paya. I have been getting quite a few that say Invalid Transaction. Anyone experience this or know what it is? Thanks Julie

ESS Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭OptionsWe have SBOA too but I have never gotten that message. Might be a tech issue. I've gotten the "Invalid T_AMT" message before but that's it.0
