Does anyone have a direct point of contact for PTI? My IT department submitted a trouble ticket approx. 3 weeks ago and we continue to have problems with the system and no helpful response.

We have definitely issues getting a hold of PTI and at one point had submitted multiple tickets. The phone number we have is 800-523-9504. You have to call during their business hours and to speak to someone, hang on the line until she stops talking.
