When you send out the lien notice do you put the time and date of sale? 
Or do you put in a 2nd notice only?

For our lien notice we do not. When we have run our newspaper ads (or have them lined up) we will then schedule auction and that sends out a "Schedule Auction Notice". When we send out a pre-lien or lien notice, I put the date we will be doing lock cuts and that's it.
