When you send out the lien notice do you put the time and date of sale?
Or do you put in a 2nd notice only?

When we have run our newspaper ads (or have them lined up) we will then schedule auction and that sends out a "Schedule Auction Notice". When we send out a pre-lien or lien notice, I put the date we will be doing lock cuts and that's it.0
