When a tenant refers a friend and both tenants are in good standing with their units for 2 months, how does one apply the referral bonus to the referring tenant?

Hi, @MaMcdaniel. This is a great question and we're glad you asked! Referral bonuses are not an official concept in SiteLink, so an operator must decide how they would like it applied: credit or discount. If a credit, you would add next month's charges to the account and then enter the credit amount on the Edit Charges & Payments screen (with a reason/explanation optional.) If discount, you would create a 1-month expiring plan for the credit amount and then apply it to the account.
