Anyone having issues with pages translating?

I opened Lead to Lease this morning and the whole page was in Spanish. I didn't change any settings, and we don't speak Spanish. Closed the window, reopened, and it's back to English. Then this afternoon, my payment screen was in Spanish. Again, I closed it, reopened, and we're back to English.  I thought I was going crazy!?!

    This happened to me just the other day in them in the middle of doing a lease. I had my coworker look at it just to prove i wasn't going crazy.
