Issues with logging in?

Came into the office this morning and tried to log into SiteLink web edition on our laptop, but it wasn't recognizing my password. I tried again, same issue. I restarted the laptop and then tried again, same issue. I am doing a live update (just did an update Monday) right now and it is currently preparing data from the server, which may take several minutes. However, it appears to be frozen. 


What makes no sense to me is that SiteLink on our desktop computer (both use Windows 10, btw) is working just fine.

Anyone else having this issue?

    @storable_support, yep I tried a few things to see if I could fix the problem from here, but no dice. Contacted tech support and got the problem solved pretty quickly. Appreciate the help!
