Customers having issues making payments online

I have had quite a few people call in stating that they get this when trying to log in to make a payment and others get logged in just fine. Anyone know why?

    Hi, @BusyProperties. Thanks for asking this question. There aren't any issues with our Template tenant portal or API logins on our radar right now. We'd be curious if you could share any other details (e.g. tenant portal site address, whether it's template or API, the API provider, specific tenants, times of error messages), so that we can further look into this for you.

    Hi, @JonnyB. We're sorry to hear this and would like to look into it for you. Would you be able to share info like tenant portal site address, whether it's template or API, the API provider, specific tenants, times of error messages with us?

    Yes, we have been having issues as well. Some tenants who have accounts say their login's failed. Others who have been able to log in, could not pay in advance, or could not pay past due amounts before the new month.
