Bad Check Question

I have a tenant that has written a bad check.  The company will not accept checks going forward from this tenant.  Is there a way to block that tenants acct from accepting checks in the future?

If you click "Do not Accept Checks" in the Tenant info page, when you make a payment and click "Check" in the drop down menu it will automatically fill in the check number "NO CHECKS" in red.

There isn't a way to block it, only to try to prevent from accepting one. After you reverse the payment, go into their payment screen and their tenant info, check the box that says "Do not accept checks". Then go into ledger settings and check the box that says "Had NSF check". I also type it into the front notes screen **No checks until...** - We will accept a check again after a year, but you can put **NO CHECKS ALLOWED**. You could also click on the smiley face below the red notes and check the box that says NSF. It's all going to depend on your staff.

Thank you all so much.  We knew there was a way to do so,  we were having a brain fart on where it was to do so.
