Hi All,

Was wondering if there was a report that would list each unit with what is typed on the Notes Bar to be able to Audit?

I don't believe that information is retained in any reports, just the tenant notes.

If you run a Rent Roll report and export to excel, there is a column with the Tenant Note.

I really wish I had known this before! Would've saved me a lot of time auditing files.TY

I do it at least every December so I don't send out Christmas cards to customers that refuse to update their address!
