If you're asking how to do it:
Payments>choose tenant>choose one unit in payments screen>Edit Charges & Payments>Add periods (for which you want to discount)>select discount>OK>Ok again on payments screen. Repeat this for the second unit. If you only want to do 10% across the board, setup a 5% discount, add to each. 

Edited to add: sometimes SL will let me discount 2 units at the same time, sometimes it won't. I just default and do them separately now because of it not saving properly doing 2 units together.
