Their newer keypads are easy to install and use, and so far have been very reliable. The software looks pretty outdated, though. Also, Sitelink based their interface on a spec sheet published by Sentinel that seems to show it can handle 10 digit codes. In reality, it needs a space in the first digit spot, so it can really only handle 9 digit codes. This is only a problem if you have 10 digit codes with DigiGate. You would have to change them to something shorter.
We have had much better support from Sentinel then we had with PTI. I have heard some people had to wait a while for Sentinel to get back to them, though.0
