We do not require a fee to reserve a unit. Is there a way to get around it?

ESS Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified, myHub Certified ✭✭✭✭✭If you have a reservation fee setup in your program defaults, you can go into charges, find the reservation fee and uncheck the box that says "currently used". It shouldn't be forcing you to charge a fee though. When you're in Lead to Lease just don't fill out the card information and don't click the box that says "+Add" under Reservation Fee.5
