Charging taxes when renting unit in AZ?

We are a new facility in AZ and our corp office is in UT.  Do we need to charge taxes on the unit itself here in AZ?  I've talked to the dept of rev. and read the document they sent but both have not provided a very clear answer.  Thanks!
