How many months does it take to fix keywords? In every  esign lease we do, we ask 

Are you active military ? Sitelink keyword Yes or No.... except No shows up like this No&gt. 

Anyone have a solution to this problem? I've been bringing it up to sitelink for 6 months now and nothing gets done.

This is how our esign lease shows.   No<ESign.Checkbox>  We have had no issues.  Go into set up, forms, and edit (RTF or HTML (which ever is listed)) and make sure there is not an extra space or dot.  Ours is set to use RTF.

I know it sometimes shows up like that on ours, too (using the radio button), but I can't replicate it right now. Is it only happening if you print it before it is signed?

Just as a test, I put a : immediately after the keyword. I will keep an eye out to see if it pops up again.

You could change it to check boxes like AnitaJohnson1269 is using, but then you can't really make it a mandatory item, so they could check neither or even both boxes.

I use a Radio Button Pair.  They can only select 1, Yes or No.  And it's a required field, so they can't ignore it.
