On my reminder list, there's a reminder to print increase notice. The letter associated with the notice is not the correct letter. How do I change it?

Hi, @cashgloria. Rental rate increase letters only use our default form; it is called 'Rental Rate Increase Notice'. If your facility created a custom one there is no way to point the process to use that custom form. Therefore, you ought to go to Setup, Form Setup, and Edit 'Rental Rate Increase Notice' to make any changes. Alternatively, you could open the customer form first, copy it, edit 'Rental Rate Increase Notice', and then, paste it -- up to you!1
